Jerry Liu accepts an Army ROTC scholarship to Penn State
Cherokee High School senior, Jerry Lui has accepted an Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) scholarship to Penn State.
The Army ROTC scholarship covers full expenses for four years and provides a stipend each year to cover incidentals, up to $180,000 for tuition plus a host of other advantages. After graduation Jerry will be commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army.
