Autism Speaks is a national organization that provides information, resources, and support for those aligned with the autistic community. There are many walks around the country, and all donations are used to fund various autism services and research.
For the 2nd consecutive year, Seneca High School is participating in the South Jersey Autism Speaks walk, which will be held in Mount Laurel on June 1st. Last year we surpassed our fundraising goal, and representatives from the student body, the staff, and the administration walked together to raise awareness of this special community. Seneca's Community Service Club volunteered their time to man the snack tent. Seneca's Buddies Club participated in the walk. A DJ , food trucks, and service providers were on sight. This year, the Psychology Club will join in the festivities.
