This program exposes young people to the dangers of alcohol, drugs, and violence that affect their lives and the lives of their families, and also some of the detriments of poor decision making. Participants in the program were given a tour of the Trauma Center, observed actual patients in the trauma unit, took a tour of the morgue and helipad, and discussed care that is given and the road to recovery.
