Congratulations, JROTC!

Inexperience did not stop these Cadets from giving it their all and competing well.  Lenape cadets earned a 2nd place overall out of 21 teams!  The awards included a 1st place overall in Color Guard when Lenape’s team defeated Union High School, the #3 Color Guard in the Nation.  Freshman and first year cadets, which included 8 “rookies”, led the platoon drill event to a 3rd place finish, flooring the varsity cadets for the first time.  Cadet Isabella Bordon led the LET I first-year cadets to a first place finish, and cadet Wyatt Fiscor took the first-year LET I Color Guard to a 2nd place finish.  |

LTC Tuczak continued, “Another exciting outcome at this past weekend's competition was Ja'Kiya Barrett who commanded Lenape’s exhibition team to a 2nd place finish -- a feat never previously achieved in this category for the Lenape High School Drill Team.”
