Transition Resource Fair

Life Beyond High School

LENAPE HIGH SCHOOL

Sponsored by our Parents of Special Education Students (POSES) Parent Advisory, the resource fair provides an excellent opportunity for both students with disabilities and their families to meet various presenters from state/local agencies, social recreation and other independent living providers that help families explore life beyond high school graduation and towards independence. 

The Transition Resource Fair will be held on March 13, 2025 from 5-6:30pm at Lenape High School.  The fair is open to students and their families from Lenape, Shawnee, Cherokee and Seneca High Schools, as well as the Sequoia Alternative Program.

We look forward, once again, to planning and hosting this event in the Spring of 2025.  We are seeking providers to participate and support students and families beyond high school.
