The General Public Release form should be sent to LDTV with any production that uses talent that are not students or staff of the Lenape District.
The K-8 Video/Photo Release form should be sent with every video and photo(s) you send to LDTV.
The Video Production Location Release Form should be sent to LDTV with any production that was produced on property not owned by the Lenape Regional High School District and is a property that requires permission or a special permit.
The Music Release form should be sent to LDTV with any production that uses music that is not copyright-free music owned by the Lenape Regional High School District.
The Video Release form should be sent to LDTV with any production that uses video that was not shot by or already owned by the Lenape Regional High School District.
