    Click here for HPV Vaccine Questions and Answers for Parents, a message from the New Jersey Health and Senior Services Department. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:40-42, the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services has developed the educational fact sheets about the HPV.  For the 2007-2008 school year, public school districts are statutorily required to distribute the fact sheet to parents or guardians of students in grades seven through twelve.
