CITING INFORMATION FROM SUBSCRIPTION RESEARCH DATABASES

When Typing. . . DOUBLE SPACE BETWEEN LINES

Most articles in databases were previously or simultaneously published in print form. The format for citing an article from a database will vary depending on whether the article is from a magazine, journal, newspaper, reference book, etc. Therefore, most citations begin with the publication information the database gives for the print version of the source. Then facts about the electronic source follow.
