Who should join our club? Anyone who has an interest in learning about health benefits of good nutrition, exercise, and mental well- being.
Where do we meet? To be determined.
When do we meet? Typically 1-2 times a month during lunch and learn. There may be opportunities to meet after school for special events.
What do we do? Make nutritional recipes, mindfulness, guest speakers, yoga, and much more!
