Turkey Tacos
Makes 12 tacos
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbs. oil
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1tbs. corn starch
- 2 tbs. taco seasoning
- 2 plum tomatoes diced
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream as garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 350*F
- Place taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-4 minutes.
- In your electric skillet on 325*F, brown the turkey in 2 tbs. oil
- Mix the cornstarch, taco seasoning and chicken broth
- Add to the turkey and cook until thickened.
- Fill taco shells with meat mixture, and toppings!
