Congratulations to Girls Tennis 1st Singles player freshman Sofia Basto-Cabrera who advanced to the Elite Eight of the NJ State Singles Tournament this past weekend! This is the first time in program history we have had a singles player make it to this round! She will compete in the next round on Sunday! Congrats Sofia!!
Also, congratulations to freshman Tori vonHahmann for making it to the round of 32 in the NJ Singles State Tournament! We are so proud of you! -

Student Council is host the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, November 23rd from 7 - 10. Tickets are on sale now for $21.00 and can be purchased on School Cash On-line. If you are going to bring an outside guest, you must pick up a form outside C105. All forms must be signed and returned before you can purchase your tickets. Don't wait until the last minute, get your forms turned in early. Late forms will not be accepted. Any questions so Mrs. Fanourgakis, Ms. Griffin or Mr. Anderson

Art Club will NOT be meeting on Thursday, no school! Instead we will be meeting Tuesday 10/1 after school until 3:45pm and Wednesday after school until 3:15pm in F114.

SAFETY REMINDERS: School Violence Awareness Week
Today’s School Violence Awareness Week safety tip is…
MONDAY 10/21 …exterior doors to the building should NEVER be wedged, unlocked or left open during the school day or during extra-curricular events - if you see a door open, please close it
TUESDAY 10/22 …students should never be in possession of staff fobs or keys for access to or re-entry into the building or classroom
WEDNESDAY 10/23 …doors should never be opened for anyone during the school day - all visitors must report to the main entrance to come into the building after 7:30am
THURSDAY 10/24 … if we are in a Shelter In Place - return to your original classroom; if we are in a Lockdown - report to the nearest classroom and if you are outside and the Blue lights are flashing - don’t enter the building until they’ve been turned off
FRIDAY 10/25 …doors are locked and lights are turned out when classrooms are empty and unoccupied - students should wait in the hallway and check the TVs for any announcements to see if they should report to SubClass in the cafeteria

Art Club will be meeting after school on Tuesday 10/1 and Thursday 10/3 in F114 until 3:45pm. All hands on deck to finish our scarecrow submission for the Main Street competition!

Morgan's Message Club will be meeting on Tuesday September 24th in the Wellness Room during lunch and learn. Morgan’s Message is a group that strives to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete community and aims to expand the dialogue of mental health. All are welcome!
