Consumer BowlAdvisor: Mrs. HughesThe New Jersey High School Consumer Bowl is an educational competition for high school students across the state. It was established in 1997 to educate young adults on a variety of consumer issues and is approved under the New Jersey Department of Education Professional Development Guidelines.

It aids these students in developing a portfolio of their work. The club reinforces all of the techniques and skills utilized in classes taught here at Cherokee. Students will also have the ability to learn new skills and gain a better understanding of the design process. Students meet with leaders of different organizations around Cherokee to discuss design needs and help create logos, t-shirts, posters etc for the clubs, sports and activities here at Cherokee. This enhances students' portfolios and prepares future graphic designers for real life situations.
