Transition to Adult Program Presentation

  • Lenape Regional High School District Director of Special Services Patricia Piserchia gave a public presentation about the Transition to Adult Program. During Mrs. Piserchia's presentation, she explained the goals of this program.  She highlighted the curriculum and showed how the students spend their days.

    • The Board of Education approved the second reading of revised Board of Education Policy 2464: Gifted and Talented Students.
    • The Board of Education approved the second reading of new Board of Education Policy and Regulation 6470.01: Electronic Funds Transfer and Claimant Certification.
    • The Board of Education approved the second reading of revised Board of Education Regulation 7440: School District Security.
    • The Board of Education approved the second reading of revised Board of Education Regulation 7450: Property Inventory.
    • The Board of Education approved the second reading of revised Board of Education Regulation 8420: Emergency and Crisis Situations.
    • The Board of Education approved the second reading of revised Board of Education Regulation 8462: Reporting Potentially Missing or Abused Children.

Donations

    • The Board of Education approved the donation of canned goods (valued at $400) for Seneca's Food Pantry from Safe Trick or Treat Community Program.
    • The Board of Education approved the monetary donation of $63 for Seneca's Food Pantry from Safe Trick or Treat Community Program.
    • The Board of Education approved the monetary donation of $499 for Seneca's Girls in Ascent Mentorship Program from Precious Gems Memorial Fund.
    • The Board of Education approved the donation of clarinet and accessories (valued at $3,200) for Cherokee's Music Department from Kathy Reed.
    • The Board of Education approved the monetary donation of $250 for District's Lenape Regional Foundation from Laura Bishop Communications.
    • The Board of Education approved the monetary donation of $100 for Cherokee's Food Pantry from Drzymala Family.
