• Congratulations to our recent retirees.  Their selfless dedication to the Lenape High School students created an environment of learning, laughing and belonging. We wish them well in their new endeavors. 

    Mrs. Kathy Waldron

    kathy waldron    Mrs. Waldron, who has been an inspiring and innovative teacher, leader, colleague and friend to students, staff, job coaches, employers, and administrators, has been an important part of the Lenape Family for 25 years. Mrs. Waldron was the spearhead of the Community-Based Trining and Transition to Work program, which became models for other schools on the local and state level.  She was named LHS teacher of the Year and also worked with the Community Service Club and Peer Leaders.  She is a true advocate for students' independence and their ability to demonstrate their ability to succeed.

    Mrs. Waldron commented on her retirement, "I have been extremely fortunate to have worked with extraordinary teachers and paras who have truly put students first. Our students are absolutely the best! I will definitely miss the students and staff at Lenape."
