In accordance with New Jersey State law, all students will be offered a screening for height, weight and blood pressure unless documentation of a physical examination has been submitted for the student's current grade.  In addition to height, weight and blood pressure, the following screenings will be offered dependent on the student's grade:

• Grade 9    -   Scoliosis
• Grade 10  -   Vision
• Grade 11  -   Scoliosis and hearing

If your student receives an annual well-child physical examination and you feel it is not necessary for Nursing Services to screen your student as noted above, please submit documentation stating such.
