• On Wednesday, May 22 four speakers from the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 899 of NJ presented information on their experiences in the Vietnam War.

This took place in the lecture hall and was provided for all juniors taking US 2.

The junior class had just covered this era in history, and the veterans helped provide more insight into the conflict.  The vets described their experiences in this conflict, as well as the impact that this war has had on their lives. They also spoke about some of the lessons learned from Vietnam.

Students listened to the veteran's personal stories and then engaged in a Q&A session with the vets.
