  • The 2019 Burlington County Teachers and Educational Services Professionals of the Year ceremony was recently held at Pemberton Township High School. There were 151 Burlington County educators who were honored at the event with this year's theme being "2019 Burlington County Educators of the Year - SIMPLY REMARKABLE!"

    The Lenape District Teachers of the Year honorees were Lenape High School Special Education Teacher Mrs. Judy Buciorelli, Shawnee High School Health & Physical Education Teacher Mrs. Amy Johnston, Cherokee High School English Teacher Ms. Cathy Mayher, and Seneca High School Social Studies Teacher Mr. Gerry Sherlock. 

    The Lenape District Educational Services Professionals of the Year honorees were Lenape High School Guidance Counselor Mrs. Casey Bosler, Shawnee High School Guidance Counselor Ms. Erin O'Neill, Cherokee High School Psychologist Ms. Stephanie Frasier, Seneca High School Paraprofessional Mrs. Terri Williams, and Sequoia Alternative Program Paraprofessional Ms. Candace Robinson.
