On Tuesday, March 24, 2020, there will be a required meeting for all parents/guardians of seniors attending the Class of 2020’s Senior Trip, March 29 - April 1, 2020. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center located in the south building. Due to the importance and brevity of this meeting, please arrive on time.
At this meeting, we will distribute departure/arrival times, room/bus assignments, class trip T-shirts & drawstring bags, the trip itinerary, updated medical information, and the rules and regulations that will be in effect throughout the trip.
Please understand that a parent/guardian must attend this meeting prior to his/her child’s participation in the Senior Class Trip. Trip information will only be released to the parent/guardian, regardless of the age of the student (18-year olds must be represented by a parent).
If you are unable to attend the required meeting on March 24, it will be necessary for you to call Rachael Horner, Secretary, at extension 2308 to arrange for a meeting at an alternate date and time.
Finally, if your son/daughter needs to take either an over-the-counter or prescribed medication during the trip, you’ll need to have his/her physician complete the Overnight Trip Medication from Physician form (found below) in addition to delivering your child’s medication to our school nurse.
The Overnight Trip Medication from Physician form (which includes the doctor’s order/prescription and parental consent) and the medication in its ORIGINAL pharmacy container labeled with your child’s name and the name of the medication must be given to the school nurse no later than March 6th. Please refer to the Medication Forms tab for more details.
